It is nice text. It can really warm heart of every Marybell Katastrophy fan. I'm excited especially about notice "Marie and the band had just won the the danish critics award as best danish orchestra!" because when I discovered this information from Spot festival I thought that a fairness really exist and a good taste of people on right places sometimes also. The danish critics are my favorite ones. And what's the even more curious about that: Denmark is something like Liverpool with The Beatles in 60's or The Smiths Manchester in 80's for me. It means it is special succses to be choosen as number one especially in Denmark where for example Mew are based also. My favorite bands are from Denmark or nearby Sweden - Sambassadeur are from Goetheborg, 90's Cardigans were from Malmo. Stina Nordenstam from Stockholm is far from Denmark but still in Sweden also. Or Knife and Jose Ghonzales from Goetheborg. Denmark is simply top of the world of contemporary music for me now with Mew and Marybell Katastrophy. There are The Raveonetes with their previous beautiful retro album Pretty In Black, Carpark North (they were also better several years ago with their first two albums).
Our first real album, released in Denmark (Merger/Playground) in november 2008, and now released in Europe and Asia (Merger/Ponyrec) september 2009.
The release of The More was supported by The Danish Arts Council’s Committee for Music.
